What You’ll Do

Spend time with co-workers making and eating fresh Italian pasta, desserts and more.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, you and your peers will bond over learning new techniques and enjoying unforgettable, mouthwatering dishes. Chef Frederico will provide his culinary expertise to showcase three Italian recipes that you'll want to recreate as soon as you get home.

To start, you'll work together to whip up a Sicilian-inspired couscous dish made with pesto, fresh mozzarella and sweet peppers. Then, you'll get to make a handmade egg pappardelle pasta served with wild-caught, perfectly cooked tuna and hearty tomato sauce. Save room for strawberry tiramisu!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

13 members of my team and I joined Chef Federico today for a team building event and it lived up to all that I hoped it would be! From the start, the Cozymeal representative was extremely attentive, identifying the right Chef for my event. Leading up to it, Chef Federico was extremely helpful with menu and catering to my team's needs. The day started out with a lovely cheese board as we settled in and had fun. The menu was perfect, from start to finish. Chef was extremely helpful and great to spend the day with. My team and I loved the experience.
