What You’ll Do

Join Chef Stacy and whip up four simple vegan desserts packed with flavor.

In this live online cooking class, Chef Stacy will teach you to how make four decadent vegan desserts completely from scratch. Brimming with plant-based ingredients, you'll make sweet treats like a a "mylkshake" featuring maca powder, hemp seeds and coconut water, no-bake brownies with almond butter and dates, creamy strawberry banana "nice" cream and oatmeal walnut cookies with flaxseeds and coconut sugar.

Prep Work Details

Print out all recipes. Gather all needed ingredients, recipes and equipment prior to class. Rinse and drain all produce and herbs and soak dates in warm water. Chop/cut up ingredients as instructed in the recipe directions.
