There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.

We cooked bruschetta, creamy sage gnocchi and tomato gnocchi made from scratch, and tiramisu in cups. Chef Miguel was very organized, gave great cooking tips - I learned which Italian spices is best to introduce at the start of cooking compared to at the end of cooking, efficient ways to cut onions and garlic and basil, as well as how to make gnocchi from scratch! I would def recommend Chef Miguel

This was an awesome experience. I would definitely suggest it. We made bruschetta, gnocchi, marinara sauce, and tiramisu; most of it from scratch. It was so flavorful and delicious it has ruined typical pasta and marinara sauce for us. We only want fresh now. Chef Miguel was very knowledgable and fun to work with.
