What an awesome experience! Chef Miguel was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great teacher. Things we didn't know he gave us easy to understand instruction, and what we did know, he made us feel good about the job we were doing. The setting for the class was very well kept and Chef kept his workplace tidy and very professional. The baked goods that we were able to complete were spectacular and made us feel like we were real life bakers! We are very much so looking forward to working with him again.
