Chef Nedra arrived on time. We learned how to make vegan crab cakes out of hearts of palm and a remoulade. They were good served over lettuce greens. She also made us portabella mushroom steaks, asparagus, and mashed potatoes with strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Everything was plant based and good.

There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.

Chef Sachet was amazing! She taught us recipes that were easy to incorporate into everyday life while also making meals that impress. And she was so nice and fun! At the end we all enjoyed a meal and a glass of wine together and i felt like she was a friend :) Definitely recommend!!!

Pad Thai and shrimp. I learned how to make shrimp tempura, and that I can season rice in oil and herbs before itâ€™s cooked. I would recommend this class to everyone. My suggestions for improvement are directed to non-food things. I would suggest that we at least introduce our names prior to starting and that a stool will be available for everyone to sit on to rest during the class and when itâ€™s time to enjoy the meal.

My partner and I did the surf and turf class, and loved it. We are both decent in the kitchen, but usually just the basics. This class helped us learn tips and tricks that will help us elevate a lot of meals. The staff was very helpful and worked with the group so that we call got to experience a part of the food making process. Will definitely look for future classes!

Fun date night! Our instructor explained and demonstrated everything in a way that was easy to replicate. Our class size was small too, so it felt cozy and more intimate for a date night with my husband.

Our class was led by Chef Marsha, not Chef Ethan like this says. Marsha was a very fun and passionate teacher and gave lots of great tips that I will take back to my own kitchen. It was great to hear from a pro about her essential kitchen tools and WHY they are so important to her. This event was a lot of fun, the food we prepared was extremely tasty, and my wife and I are already thinking about doing another class. Feedback - the address provided was for a strip mall with several stores. Including the name of the store where the class is hosted in the description/invite would be helpful

Area was both friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what we were doing and why we were doing things in any easy to understand manner. She also gave a good explanation of the differences between eastern and western cooking styles.

My friend and I had such a fun night with Chef Dos as our guide through a Fiesta of Flavor! Everything was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed getting to know Dos and his story while we cooked. It was so nice that he let us be as involved as we wanted but beg off and just let him do his thing so we could sit and visit while a delicious meal was prepared just for us. We made note of the other classes he teaches so we can book him for parties with more people. Highly recommend Chef Dos!

Chef Dos was a phenomenal instructor, and really easy going! My fiancÃ© and I participated in his sushi making class and weâ€™re not disappointed! We learned how to make sushi and then enjoyed it together! It was a really fun experience and Chef Dos made it even more enjoyable with his conversations with us. Sachet was great! Her energy was awesome and she kept things moving really nicely. My partner and I had both made pasta before but were looking to improve our knowledge and skills and she did just that. We also learned some great kitchen tips and tricks along the way. While we did not mind it, we did not end up receiving the dessert. Somebody else might have been upset about it. Also, a note for the company...I thought I had selected a different menu option but apparently I did not make selection at all. Interface for the website could have been better basically.

I enjoyed our experience greatly. I enjoyed learning new recipes and I especially enjoyed eating our cauliflower creations. They were delicious and surprisingly hearty! My only criticism is from the Eventbrite side. Our tickets did NOT provide an address or phone number for the location. The only thing I recieved were latitude and longitude coordinates. Given that the event was in a large apartment complex, those directions were inadequate. I eventually thought to Google "Cozy Meals" and found the general 800 number to call and get Chef Angela's phone number. We finally made it but we ended up late and frustrated to the event! Luckily Chef Angela's energy and friendly personality were enough to calm my nerves after such a rough start.

The fellow attendees and the concept of the class were good. The instructor was not beginner friendly. Also, you are a not allowed take home leftovers. You must eat everything on-site. Sadly, a lot of food was tossed in the trash.

The food was great but we were not provided anything to drink for the entire two hours. We were told that water would be brought out and it never happened. Also, Arra was quite brash to a few of the guests. I would love to take a class here again but it will not be with her.

I didnâ€™t have a good experience compared to the other cooking classes I did coz first itâ€™s not chef Ethan and the chef already made the Thai sauce and coconut lime sorbet plus at the end weâ€™re not able to bring our left over home for some liability issues they said plus we didnâ€™t have a recipe printed out she said she will email it but didnâ€™t receive it so overall I can only give 2 stars
