Cooking Class - Advanced Fusion Sushi

From salad to maki to nigiri to sashimi, learn how to prep sushi like a master.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Made Master, you will learn some of the more advanced skills and techniques to creating impeccable and innovative plates of fusion sushi and become a sushi pro.
You will begin by learning how to properly prepare and position the fish, plus, advanced knife skills and learning the qualities of different types of sushi. Then, you will dive into the mastery of salmon carpaccio, salmon rolls, California rolls, sunflower rolls, rainbow rolls and sashimi salad, as well as both tuna and salmon sushi nigiri.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
