In this cooking class hosted at a culinary studio, you will prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice and learn the fundamentals of rolling fresh Japanese sushi by hand. You will slice colorful ingredients, assemble a classic California roll and create a vibrant veggie roll while building confidence with traditional techniques.
You will practice spreading rice on nori, rolling tight even cylinders and slicing each roll for a beautiful presentation. Take home practical techniques you can recreate whenever sushi cravings strike. Book your spot today.

We made california roll (sushi) and temaki. It would have been nice to cut the cucumber ourselves or receive recipe instructions at the end.

I reached out to this instructor to see if I can refund or reschedule a class because one of our guests was admitted to the hospital. I got no response what so ever. That’s $375 down the drain!
