WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transport yourself and your partner to a summery evening in Tuscany.
If romance to you means sharing a four-course Tuscan feast, this cooking class is your perfect date night. You’ll start by preparing juicy grilled chicken infused with lemon and rosemary. Then, roll up your sleeves to make pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch, finished with a delicate basil pesto. On the side, you’ll toss a bold salad of peppery arugula with a bright lemon-Parmesan dressing. To end the evening on a sweet note, you’ll churn a refreshing mint chocolate chip gelato—perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). It’s amore, one dish at a time.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
