Learn how to prepare a stunning charcuterie tray and engage with co-workers in this team building activity. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn sourcing, slicing and arranging techniques.

Divide into teams where you'll use communication, organization and time management skills to create the best board. Practice slicing skills and master the art of preparing cured meat roses. Learn how to choose the best meats, cheeses, nuts, jams and other items to make a colorful and delicious charcuterie tray for any occasion.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef David is fantastic. The meal was obviously great, but he was just a fun addition to the evening. He gave us concise explanations of each course and posed in photo op's! We'll be using him for our next event.

Chef David recently led a charcuterie board cooking class for our organization, and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his personable nature and fun-loving attitude made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. The quality of his ingredients and tools was outstanding, and it was evident that he takes great pride in what he does. The class was not only informative but also a whole lot of fun, and Chef David's expertise and passion for cooking shone through.
