WHAT YOU’LL DO

Indulge in a romantic dinner with savory steak, creamy potatoes, and decadent chocolate mousse.
Step into the kitchen and prepare a French-inspired steak dinner for two in this cooking class. Master searing a cast-iron steak and making a rich red wine sauce, then create twice-baked potatoes and a pear and hazelnut salad with champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, whip up an espresso chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream. With essential French techniques, this meal will impress and provide a cozy, flavorful dinner perfect for a special occasion.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
