WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strengthen your Italian cooking skills through hands-on pasta practice.
Learn the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Start by mixing and rolling fresh spinach pasta dough, then craft fettuccine with roasted winter squash, arugula and pine nuts. You’ll also prepare spinach linguine with walnut sage cream sauce and crispy prosciutto, finishing the meal with caramel and vanilla affogato. Chef Megan or a resident chef will guide you through each step of the pasta-making process. This cooking class in Raleigh is perfect for anyone who loves Italian comfort food and fresh seasonal ingredients.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
