If you can’t visit Italy in the fall, bring its flavors to life in this immersive, hands-on cooking class. You and your date will spend an evening savoring the rich tastes of this beautiful region, working with seasonal ingredients to craft a praise-worthy Italian dinner. Your chef instructor will guide you in making a homemade vinaigrette, creamy polenta, and an outstanding dessert that you can enjoy together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
