WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover how to make colorful tamales from scratch.
Celebrate the season with a festive tamale-making cooking class in Raleigh. Learn the art of preparing fresh masa from scratch, then wrap and steam savory tamales like shredded pork with green mole sauce and cotija cheese, corn and poblano with pasilla sauce. To complete the experience, enjoy refreshing horchata, a traditional sweet cinnamon drink. With guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, this cooking class in Raleigh is a joyful way to connect with Mexican holiday traditions while building new kitchen skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
