Unlock a world of incredibles sauces, based on the primary sauces of French cooking.
Mother sauces are the backbone of French cuisine and you will transform into an expert saucier with hands-on training with Chef Matt.
Prepare a variety of vegetable dishes along with a perfectly pan-seared steak to serve as a vehicle for three classic sauces: BГ©arnaise, bordelaise and bГ©chamel. These three mother sauces easily transform into a total of six base sauces that can be further expanded into near-limitless possibilities in your home kitchen. After a rich savory experience, you'll craft and enjoy a beautiful tarte tatin with two dessert sauces.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
