We had a PHENOMENAL experience with Chef Misun. We learned to cook miso soup, nigiri, along w spicy salmon, California, and dragon rolls! It was such an enlightening experience, and amazing time to enjoy as a family. Recommend anyone who comes across this page to take a class w Chef Misun!

We made California rolls, spicy tuna roll, dragon roll, and salmon sashimi. I learned how to properly roll them tightly, cut the rolls, and spread the rice. My favorite part was seeing everything come together and get to taste it. I would recommend this class to anyone who loves sushi and want to try something new.

Our sushi making experience with Chef Misun was fantastic. She was lovely, super knowledgeable, and made it easy for us and our teenage daughter to make delicious food. We had miso soup, garden salad with a delicious ginger sesame dressing, three types of sushi rolls and yuzu creme brulee! What a line up. I would very highly recommend her and this experience.

This was a really great experience. Chef Misun was an excellent sushi chef and teacher. She was even very patient with our five-year-old, who loved the whole experience. I didnâ€™t know how Iâ€™d like having someone come in to cook in our home, but it was a really relaxing night with great food, and now we feel pretty confident attempting to make sushi on our own.

Hello, The chef and class content was great. The issues we had with the class were that it started almost an hour later than the agreed upon time. We assumed that the ingredients would be prepared prior to the chef's arrival but that was not the case and delayed the class for almost an hour.

Chef Misun was AMAZING and made our anniversary so so special. She really took her time with showing us all the techniques and made sure we felt comfortable with what we were doing. On top of that the food was AMAZING! We gave her a tip right away and planned to give her more online. We're also definitely looking to schedule with her again in the future. If you're on the fence with booking her, just do it! You won't regret it!!

Chef Misun adapted to our special request and prepared us the most delicious Italian inspired spring based menu: asparagus soup, green pea homemade raviolis, black truffle homemade fettuccine, and sumptuous lava cake. Chef Misun was very friendly and professional. She communicated well with scheduling, arrival time, and created flavorful dishes that my partner and I drooled over. We saved the remoulade sauce after the appetizer (because it was so good!), the steak was cooked perfectly pink, and every bite of the mashed potatoes was rich. She made the dishes fast and cleaned up her work station very well. This is my first experience with CozyMeal, and Chef Misun made it a perfect option I can look forward to repeating in the future.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Misun. She arrived on time and was fully prepared and extremely efficient at her craft. She is very knowledgeable and was constantly explaining the various steps of the cooking process. She asked us if we wanted to be hands-on or not - we preferred to watch, so she narrated the cooking process as we watched. She kept cleaning as she cooked and left our kitchen immaculate and spotless. The meal was amazing - we were blown away by the flavors in every course - the shrimp, the steak, the dessert. Chef Misun is very chatty - as we talked about her favorite restaurants in the neighborhood, we learnt that one of our favorite Japanese curry places is owned by her brother! We highly recommend Chef Misun for a cooking class or even a private dining session. Five stars!

Chef Misun was absolutely incredible! I would highley reccomend her for future dinners. I hired her for my parents anniversary and they loved both the food and Chef Misun. The food was delicious and great portions. I even requested an altar in the menu because of an allergey and she did an amazing cooking and being very friendly and communative. Chef Misun has professionalism and passion for her cooking, and it was a wonderful experience to have her as a chef.

We really enjoyed our meal and the company of Chef Misun. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough. She was very well prepared with all of the ingredients. SUPER CLEAN -- Chef Misun cleaned as she was cooking AND after the meal was complete she cleaned her work areas as well as the stove. We left this experience wanting more time with Chef Misun and are looking forward to booking another class with her. I would give Chef Misun and the meal 5/5 stars. However, we only have the overall experience 4 stars because we were under the impression that since this was a cooking class, we would have the opportunity to do some of the prep and cooking.

What do I need to have ready â€”I didnâ€™t not know to have containers ready for leftovers as one example I need find out what dishes needed and to set table I did not realize timing of dinner Should be clearer about the arrive at and eat at time !! Example if you wish to eat at 6:30 chef will arrive atâ€”â€”â€”time Then the Soup and main entree not hot enough and the meat was not tender chef was pleasant and worked quietly and efficiently
