The miso soup and ginger dressing were hands down the best any of us ever had, and there was so much food. She made rolling the sushi so easy to understand, and learning from her was a ton of fun. We made California rolls, spicy tuna roll, dragon roll, and salmon sashimi. I learned how to properly roll them tightly, cut the rolls, and spread the rice. My favorite part was seeing everything come together and get to taste it. I would recommend this class to anyone who loves sushi and want to try something new.

Our sushi making experience with Chef Misun was fantastic. She was lovely, super knowledgeable, and made it easy for us and our teenage daughter to make delicious food. We had miso soup, garden salad with a delicious ginger sesame dressing, three types of sushi rolls and yuzu creme brulee! What a line up. I would very highly recommend her and this experience.

This was a really great experience. Chef Misun was an excellent sushi chef and teacher. She was even very patient with our five-year-old, who loved the whole experience. I didn’t know how I’d like having someone come in to cook in our home, but it was a really relaxing night with great food, and now we feel pretty confident attempting to make sushi on our own.

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.

Hello, The chef and class content was great. The issues we had with the class were that it started almost an hour later than the agreed upon time. We assumed that the ingredients would be prepared prior to the chef's arrival but that was not the case and delayed the class for almost an hour.
