This was a really great experience. Chef Misun was an excellent sushi chef and teacher. She was even very patient with our five-year-old, who loved the whole experience. I didn’t know how I’d like having someone come in to cook in our home, but it was a really relaxing night with great food, and now we feel pretty confident attempting to make sushi on our own.

He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. Hello, The chef and class content was great. The issues we had with the class were that it started almost an hour later than the agreed upon time. We assumed that the ingredients would be prepared prior to the chef's arrival but that was not the case and delayed the class for almost an hour.
