Take a culinary journey to Japan in this engaging cooking class with Chef Adrian and learn traditional cooking techniques while crafting a mouthwatering menu from scratch.

To begin, learn how to expertly create handmade sushi: Wrap seafood in rice and seaweed sheets to make California rolls and spicy crab rolls, and also prepare tuna and salmon sashimi. To finish, make a decadent dorayaki pancake filled with red bean paste.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.

Chef Adrian communicated with me in advance, let me know what he needed from my kitchen, arrived promptly on time, and was kind and professional, calm yet speedy, and we really appreciated the cooking lesson! It was a great way to celebrate my son's birthday!
