We made California rolls, spicy tuna roll, dragon roll, and salmon sashimi. I learned how to properly roll them tightly, cut the rolls, and spread the rice. My favorite part was seeing everything come together and get to taste it. I would recommend this class to anyone who loves sushi and want to try something new.

Dining with chef Inga was a great experience. We made Italian salad, chicken Marsala and a strawberry desert. We enjoyed the fact that recipes weren’t overly complicated and can be replicated at home. The food was also prepared with healthy ingredients as well. Chef Inga was down to earth and shared interesting stories about her experience in the restaurant industry.

The experience with Chef Inga was amazing. She was extremely thoughtful, especially in making sure the recipes fit the needs of my 11yr old niece. In addition, she went above and beyond to make an extra chocolate treat that wasn’t originally on the menu and packaged our food to go us since we didn’t finish it all. I would absolutely recommend an experience with her!

This was a really great experience. Chef Misun was an excellent sushi chef and teacher. She was even very patient with our five-year-old, who loved the whole experience. I didn’t know how I’d like having someone come in to cook in our home, but it was a really relaxing night with great food, and now we feel pretty confident attempting to make sushi on our own.

He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. We had a fantastic evening with Chef Misun. She arrived on time and was fully prepared and extremely efficient at her craft. She is very knowledgeable and was constantly explaining the various steps of the cooking process. She asked us if we wanted to be hands-on or not - we preferred to watch, so she narrated the cooking process as we watched. She kept cleaning as she cooked and left our kitchen immaculate and spotless. The meal was amazing - we were blown away by the flavors in every course - the shrimp, the steak, the dessert. Chef Misun is very chatty - as we talked about her favorite restaurants in the neighborhood, we learnt that one of our favorite Japanese curry places is owned by her brother! We highly recommend Chef Misun for a cooking class or even a private dining session. Five stars!
