Create Italian favorites as you try your hand at making classic pizza.

Let Chef Afi transport you from your home kitchen to Italy in this interactive cooking class. Making your own handcrafted pizza has never been so enticing and you'll discover modernizations of some traditional Italian recipes.

Begin by building a burrata caprese salad with fresh produce and mozzarella. For the main course, design a Napoleon pizza with homemade dough, fresh marinara sauce and delectable toppings. Then, dress eggplant in breadcrumbs, olive oil and herbs for eggplant Parmesan bites followed by making tiramisu with a twist.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience with Chef Afi! She was knowledgeable and entertaining. We really enjoyed the menu and had lots of food leftover to enjoy the next day. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a fun cooking class where you get to practice and learn some new skills.

Chef Afi NEVER disappoints. I have been coming to her cooking classes ... for over 2 years. I have brought several children to a number of Chef Afi's cooking classes .... No matter the pickiness of the child, they have ALWAYS enjoyed her recipes. To me (a mother of 4 and babysitter of many) that is a true testament of her skill and good food. She works well with children as well as adults (less difficult). She keeps everyone engaged and I am more willing to try the recipes I have tried in her class. Chef Afi is a great chef and instructor. My kids have often asked to recreate something that we have learned in her class. Big thanks to CHef Afi.
