Begin the class by transforming fresh vegetables and rice noodles into spring rolls with a sweet and spicy peanut dipping sauce. Then, learn the secrets to crafting flavorful kung pao chicken, stir-frying vegetables and steaming aromatic ginger and lemongrass rice. Decadent sweet mango sticky rice with a vanilla coconut sauce is what you'll prepare for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
