What You’ll Do

Learn how to make modern versions of traditional Italian dishes.

Elevate your favorite Italian recipes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Adrian, who will teach you how to craft stunning plates completely from scratch. Begin by building a classic Caprese salad with sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Next, learn how to prepare chicken for traditional piccata cooked in a rich white wine, butter and lemon sauce and studded with capers, along with cooking up garlicky rice pilaf and sautéing broccolini. For dessert, you'll whip up panna cotta topped with fruit and caramel sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Adrian traveled a distance to make our 14th anniversary dinner at our Beachclub a memorable event. Prompt, communicative, adaptable, and personable…Adrian made and executed a four course surf and turf dinner, out of our cabana with limited cooking resources…air fryer/microwave, instant pot/grill. It was flawless, delicious, hot, and beautifully presented. We just got to sit, be served, enjoy, and not have to clean up. The weather was spectacular and our views were incredible. Our Beachclub is surrounded by water, ocean to the East, river to the West, and NYC to the North…dining alfresco was unparalleled! Thank you Adrian! This type of service is the way to go for a unique experience!
