The culinary traditions of Japan come to life in the expert hands of Chef Sharia with this hands-on cooking class. With her guidance, you too will create a masterful Asian-Pacific meal filled with authentic flavor.

Explore techniques for preparing gyoza with a blend of pork and vegetable filling and discover a foolproof process for making steamed rice. Then, cook up crispy chicken for a katsu curry paired with a refreshing cucumber salad. For a memorable Japanese dessert, discover the secrets of making your own sweet strawberry mochi.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
