Chef Andy (and his lovely assistant) did a wonderful job making this experience special! I purchased this experience for my boyfriend, who loves to cook and has been talking about wanting to learn more techniques and tricks. We both had an amazing time learning about the history of the dishes we were preparing as well as the "science" behind cooking. Chef Andy and his assistant provided all the necessary utensils/tools needed to prepare the meal, and cleaned the kitchen once we were done with the experience! BONUS: we had more than enough for leftovers. I couldn't recommend this experience enough, and we'll definitely be booking with Chef Andy in the future!

Chef Andy and his assistant were great!! We put music on and got to work. He was very informative while teaching us how to properly cut and cook and we had lots of fun! We loved the fun facts and overall vibe. We enjoyed a fresh and delicious dinner. Definitely recommend it!

Great personality and fun class to learn in. We cook steak and empanadas. Andy and his assistant also cleaned as we cooked so there was little to no mess after we enjoyed our meal. Good experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time, a fabulous meal, and learned several new cooking techniques that will come in handy. She was most friendly and welcoming and made the whole evening a joy and a unique experience. She made us feel a part of the family, and we enjoyed and was glad that her daughter ate with us as well!! It was quite easy to Uber there and get back from downtown Chicago. Getting out of downtown was a bit of a challenge at rush-hour, getting back was a breeze So glad we did this !!

Chef Titik is so welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable and set the stage for the perfect double date night for our group. We experienced her Latin Flavors class at her cozy Chicago home and the food was outstanding! Hands down some of the best empanadas IвЂ™ve had. We had a great experience with Chef Andy and his assistant. From the booking process to the actual class everything was very professional. Chef Andy arrived on time and ready to start with everything we needed to cook our meal . We loved actually being able to utilize our own kitchen and learn tips and tricks along the way to make our space the most efficient. Chef Andy was extremely knowledgable as well, he took the time to answer any questions and just made sure we were learning and having fun. I have taken quite a few cooking classes at different places around the city and have to say that this class was one of the best with lots of hands on and one on one attention. My husband enjoyed the class as well and we all shared quite a few laughs especially when Chef Andy called out my husband on using his favorite kitchen utensil ( a rice spatula --which he uses for cooking EVERYTHING). Thank you Chef Andy for helping me break that bad habit. HAHA!! Thank you also to your sweet assistant. We definitely will be looking forward to taking more classes with you.

My experience with chef Titik was awesome!! I would highly recommend her to any and everyone seeking to have a fun memorable night. She is very knowledgeable in her field as well as in other cultures. I booked this class for my partner and I in hopes to learn new ways of the kitchen while celebrating my partners Birthday. Our experience was extraordinary. The class we took was Spanish and Latin inspired. My partner is pescatarian and IвЂ™m vegetarian so I feared this would be a problem because in most places it usually is; But Chef Titik tweaked the menu to accommodate us both. Our four course meal was really delightful and it made our experience that much more personal and special. We will definitely be booking Chef Titik again for date night !!!

Had a Wonderful Event with Chef Andy - A corporate event with over 30 people! It was wonderful Chef Andy, and his team were very engaged with the large group and everyone participated. Chef Andy and his team were phenomenal! Our corporate group of 34 participated in the Latin inspired tacos team building activity. We had multiple last minute requests due to dietary restrictions and allergies. Chef Andy was patient and invested quite a bit of time in making modifications. I was worried about making sure everyone had a similar experience despite any dietary restrictions and Chef handled it all perfectly. Our group had a long day before we even arrived but Chef Andy and his team brought so much positive energy that the team ended up also being reenergized. Chef was authentic, personable, and funny. Every person in our group stayed engaged the entire time. We received great feedback about the event from participants. The food was also excellent!

We had a fantastic time! Chef Andy was very down to earth and personable. I was very impressed with how he not only taught us how to make the specific recipes, but how to be an excellent chef. He began the class with teaching us knife skills, showing us different cutting techniques and allowing us to practice on the various vegetables weвЂ™d be using in the meal. He taught us how to smell and taste the difference between different herbs and spices, and was excellent at showing and teaching without just taking over and doing it himself. He was very attentive without being invasive, and it made for a very well-paced and entertaining evening! I would highly recommend Chef Andy. The Argentinian steak, vegetables and empanadas were top notch and his ingredients were high quality, and he even gave us recommendations on where to buy everything. WeвЂ™re already considering what meal and when we might boom with him again!

Titik was really warm, friendly and welcoming. She even greeted us with a welcome drink! Overall the experience was good, learned some helpful techniques, tips and tricks and made A LOT of food in a relatively short time. Did the taste of Spain/Latin Am and made empanadas, guacamole, braised short rib tacos, paella and churros. She gave us various tasks throughout the process such as chopping, rolling dough, stirring, shredding, etc. Timing is everything in cooking as they say.

Chef Titik gave us a wonderful experience! This was our first cooking class and couldnвЂ™t have asked for a better cooking date. Chef Titik explained each step very well and was full of helpful hints from prep, to cooking to timing. She created a warm environment and connected with us and the other couple on a personal level. The food was incredible and we loved the variety of each course. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back to try another class!

Highly recommend this fun and informative class! The Chef kept the class lively, comfortably walking us through the preparation while imparting fundamental skills along the way. I learned a lot and laughed a lot! We had a good group with 6 participants helped by two chefs. Food was yummy, and the BYOB meant good champagne for me! Class started and ended on time. I left feeling pleasantly full of both food and knowledge. I could make all these dishes again and feel confident.
