This tapas and paella cooking class celebrates the heart of Spanish cuisine with premium ingredients, essential knife skills and a family-style feast. Under Chef Andy’s guidance, you’ll master traditional techniques while preparing an array of vibrant dishes.
Begin with Jamón-wrapped cantaloupe, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Then, craft pan con tomate, layering fresh tomato, garlic and olive oil on rustic bread with a daily selection of cheese. For the grand finale, cook a saffron-infused chicken and shrimp paella, rich with Spanish spices, peppers and peas—a dish meant to be shared and enjoyed together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
