I, honestly, do not recommend this cooking class. The chef offers the class in his house. The kitchen and eating area is too small to accommodate a class of 8. He jorkes and talks about himself a lot. He talked more about himself rather than making it a personal experience for the guests. He doesn't tell you the recipe as you are cooking; rushing ingredients into the mix before you can see what he is adding. When asked what he added; his response was, "Don't worry. I'll send the recipes." No one received the recipes. Then, he, suddenly, told the guests they had to leave because he had something to do. The guest had not recieved or finished the food that they paid for.

Average Experience with Chef Rodney's Cooking Class My experience with Chef Rodney's cooking class was just okay. One aspect that wasn't clear beforehand was that the session took place at his home, which raised safety concerns for me. Additionally, the lack of pre-prepared ingredients meant we spent more time prepping than cooking, making the class run longer than expected. We were hurried out at the end because of another class scheduled, leaving a rushed feeling. Perhaps with a more prepared kitchen environment, equipped with industrial appliances, the class could run smoother. Overall, it's an average experience that others might enjoy, but I wouldn't do it again personally. Just be aware it's hosted at the chef's home.

BEST EXPERIENCE! I booked this as a birthday gift for my friend, and we both enjoyed it. Chef Rodney is amazing and hilarious. ItвЂ™s is worth the price. You learn to cook something new, have a nice meal, and enjoy your time with others. I will definitely book again!

WOW! This was the best chef experience and cooking class I've ever had in my entire life. Chef Rod's food is amazing. The style and the jokes are icing on the cake. I HIGHLY recommend booking chef Rod. This food will knock your socks off. If you are looking for someone with great food and decades of experience - Chef Rod is your guy.

1000000/10 experience chef Rodney and his simplicity of sushi cooking class was fun , funny, interactive very hands on and hands down delicious everything was clean well organized FRESH! and very visually appealing. I really enjoyed Chef Rodney for sharing his expertise and background with us all while helping us make a beautiful and delicious platter of Sushi and let me tell yвЂ™all the banana rice pudding was chefs kiss at the end will definitely be booking more classes with chef Rodney in the future!!!

Outstanding experience! Who knew we would get a first class sushi experience, along with a comedy routine AND some great life coaching? Chef Rodney was effortless in guiding our class, while being witty and engaging the entire time. Everything he had us prepare was delicious. I cannot recommend this experience enough. To cement the training, we did it all again last night on our own, and it turned out great. Thank you so much, Chef Rodney!

Hosted #cozymeal cooking class, Seasonal French Fare. Salmon pГўtГ©, lamb chops with butternut dauphinoise potatoes, and a chocolate soufflГ©. Chef Rodney was fantastic, charming, funny, and a great instructor. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening with him. Good wine, good friends, and great food! Everything was very delicious.

Chef Rodney was unbelievably phenomenal. He was entertaining, polite, patient, and professional. We booked a class for our 9 year old sushi loving son as a Christmas present, and Chef Rodney was able to to keep a high expectation for the class while truly meeting the theme of this classвЂ” simple. He worked to make sure our son understood each step, while also providing ingredients and skills for a delicious meal. He is worth every single penny and so much more. Chef Rodney was great but for 400 bucks I was expecting a large kitchen and Paired wine options. This is just based on previous experiences. I understand it is in the chefвЂ™s home but upon arriving I found it difficult to find the apartment. The cooking environment was distracting with outside noises.

Rodney provided the perfect setting for my wife's surprise birthday gift. It was so much fun. It's like having a good friend invite you over for dinner, but teach you how to cook in the process. It's really neat that he can turn his home into a teaching environment, but make it seem like a dinner party at the same time.
