Get a taste of Northern Italy in this elegant feast prepared by Chef Rodney.

In this private chef experience, Chef Rodney will create an authentic three-course meal with fresh and lively ingredients. Begin with a classic buffalo mozzarella and tomato caprese, then, indulge in a savory chicken piccata alla romana with white wine, prosciutto and sage. Finish off with a twist on your classic tiramisu in shooters layered with rich and fragrant coffee, cocoa, lady fingers, mascarpone cheese and vanilla beans.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With his enthusiastic personality and over 30 years of experience, Chef Rodney hosts incredibly entertaining cooking classes. He has an extensive background in hospitality, has been featured on Fox 5 in San Diego and has progressive experience as a sous chef, chef de cuisine and executive chef. He’s cooked for Aretha Franklin, Bill Gates and President George Bush and is now helming the kitchen at a classic American fare restaurant, giving new twists to signature items.

Wow, such a amazing meal and experience! Rodney's creation was exceptional, and his fun and kind personality was the icing on top. The chicken was perfectly seared and juicy, the sauce so full of flavor, and the asparagus perfectly crispy (something we've never accomplished lol)! Rodney is warm, kind and professional and it's clear why he's had the opportunity to lead culinary experiences and teams all over the country and world. We couldn't have asked for a better night! We highly recommend Rodney and hope to try his other creations in the future! Thank you again, Rodney!

Chef Rodney was outstanding. This was for a team meeting that we had in Southern California. The food was excellent. Chef was entertaining, engaging, informative and funny.
