In this private chef experience, Chef Shahida highlights seasonal ingredients in a hearty, plant-based Christmas menu. Each dish skillfully blends classic and modern techniques to create a stunning holiday spread.

Begin with a choice of delightful starters like sweet potato, chestnut and parsnip soup or innovative butternut squash “fondue.” For the main course, choose between a vegan turkey roast or mushroom Wellington. Round off your meal with vegan dinner rolls, two homemade sides and an indulgent dessert for a festive celebration.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Shahida boasts a background in fine dining cuisine, having been classically trained in the art of French cooking. The Le Cordon Bleu summa cud laude graduate is a fan of the farm-to-table slow food movement. Shahida was wonderful. This was a small birthday celebration for my grandson. He wanted an “experience” not a present. Boy did he get it.!!! We had so much fun❣️ Thank you Cozymeal and Shahida!!!
