This private chef experience offers a unique culinary journey into the signature flavors of Spain's gastronomy. Chef Chris presents a four-course menu using regional ingredients, exploring Spanish gourmet traditions.
You'll begin by selecting from two courses of Spanish-style tapas, including Spanish charcuterie, patatas bravas, tomato with bread or a fresh salad. For the main course, you can choose an authentic Spanish paella, Spanish tortilla, shrimp or croquettes. Conclude your meal with a delicious dessert, such as Spanish almond cake or citrus flan with caramel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What's included
After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.
