This was a fabulous experience. Chef Luca taught us a lot about making pasta, Italian ingredients, tinkering with the ingredients to your taste. He made the recipes look easy and the whole experience was lots of fun!

Luca was energetic and funny. He kept it entertaining the entire night and cooked up some of the best Italian food I've had. Would absolutely recommend and will be doing it again with him.
