Experience the warmth of authentic Italian cooking in this private chef experience filled with bold, rustic flavors. Begin with sweet pepper bruschetta featuring garlic, oregano and basil on crisp bread. Savor ribeye tagliata, thinly sliced and served with Parmigiano Reggiano, arugula and aged balsamic from Modena. Then enjoy lamb chops alla Romana, spiced with hot pepper, olive oil and a splash of rum, paired with a fresh mixed salad. Perfect for intimate gatherings, celebratory dinners or anyone craving a taste of Italy at home.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
