Experience the heart of Italian cuisine with Parma, Italy native, Chef Luca.
In this private chef experience, Chef Luca will prepare authentic dishes hailing from Italy's culinary capital: Emilia-Romagna. First, he'll serve torta frita, a traditional antipasto of fried artisanal bread with aged prosciutto, then, fresh tagliatelle pasta followed by comforting homemade lasagna prepared with beef ragu or vegetable ragu. Aromatic roast chicken will star as your entrée, followed by creamy homemade chocolate gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
