A French meal isn't complete without dessert! End your meal with an authentic chocolate soufflГ© and minted strawberry sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With his enthusiastic personality and over 30 years of experience, Chef Rodney hosts incredibly entertaining cooking classes. He has an extensive background in hospitality, has been featured on Fox 5 in San Diego and has progressive experience as a sous chef, chef de cuisine and executive chef. He’s cooked for Aretha Franklin, Bill Gates and President George Bush and is now helming the kitchen at a classic American fare restaurant, giving new twists to signature items.

This was my second ever cooking class, the first was at another school where the objective was to make Thai food. We were divided into groups to do different parts of the meal, and I walked away with only a superficial knowledge of how to make chicken coconut soup. Cozymeal and Chef Rodney's class, on the other hand was so much better in that we were involved in every aspect (even to loading the dishwasher afterwards). I came away from this with actual knowledge, I feel confident I could recreate the meal in my own kitchen. Chef Rodney has a great personality, he could easily have his own TV show, cooking or otherwise. All in all, it was a fun, entertaining experience, and I gained some practical knowledge that I look forward to using soon!

Wow, such a amazing meal and experience! Rodney's creation was exceptional, and his fun and kind personality was the icing on top. The chicken was perfectly seared and juicy, the sauce so full of flavor, and the asparagus perfectly crispy (something we've never accomplished lol)! Rodney is warm, kind and professional and it's clear why he's had the opportunity to lead culinary experiences and teams all over the country and world. We couldn't have asked for a better night! We highly recommend Rodney and hope to try his other creations in the future! Thank you again, Rodney!
