Chef Sarah is fantastic. We had so much fun in our Traditional Indian Delights class. Food was absolutely phenomenal, but the experience itself was so much fun. Everything was set up when we arrived, balancing convince and learning. She was super easy to talk to and full of cooking knowledge. It was very laid back and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend Chef Sarah.

Iâ€™d give six stars for Sarahâ€™s class if possible! She is really very didactic, organized, detailed, explains everything with clarity and useful knowledge (eg, tomato sauce from a special region in Italy, tips for caponata, amazing salad sauce, etc), and very empathetic. She demonstrated what to do and gave me plenty freedom to also prepare the meals with a hands-on approach, which was simply great for learning by doing. For sure Iâ€™ll prepare the recipes at home and Iâ€™m kneen to do so. She served the meals on a nice table, and she provided me with a box with such amazing leftovers. Everything was delicious! I was looking for a vegetarian cooking class and this was perfect. It would be great if Sarah could provide more great vegetarian options such as this one!
