Next, enjoy orecchiette con cime di rapa with spicy chili flakes and broccolini. Hearty riso patate e cozze with mussels and potatoes serve as a main course. Josh was a delight to meet! We loved this experience and had a lot of fun learning cooking tips, new recipes, and about the food scene in Colorado in general. He was very informative and was able to answer any cooking question we had. Highly recommend!
