Warm up with Chef Sarah and this comforting menu made for cold winter nights.
Chef Sarah's comfort food menu transforms simple, seasonal ingredients into a warm meal. In this cooking class, you'll learn skills and techniques for elevating humble, cold-weather vegetables and more into impressive and delicious dishes.

Begin by assembling a shaved Brussels sprouts salad featuring tart apples and cranberries. Then, move on to your next dish: A creamy, earthy mushroom risotto with kale and Parmesan. Follow that by perfectly searing chicken thighs to accompany roasted root vegetables. For dessert, craft a classic bread pudding drizzled with rich crème anglaise.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
