Enjoy classic Middle Eastern dishes made with fresh ingredients and prepared with professional skill.

In this private chef experience, Chef Sarah will prepare an authentic Middle Eastern meal with dishes like baba ghanoush, shawarma, and more. Each dish is packed with flavor and made from the freshest ingredients. Start the event with traditional baba ghanoush served with rice crackers and roasted vegetables, followed by a salad of chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs in a lemon vinegar dressing. For the main dish, you'll enjoy perfectly seared chicken shawarma with fragrant spices beside a bed of Lebanese rice. Then for dessert, feast on rich, syrupy baklava.

Chef Sarah’s love for food began at a young age while working on a produce farm in high school. This early connection to the origins of fruits and vegetables led to her lifelong passion for the culinary arts. A certified sous chef with two culinary degrees, Chef Sarah has worked as a cooking instructor and personal chef, all the while dedicating herself to teaching others how to cook flavorful and healthy meals.

We had an incredible experience at the cooking class with Chef Sarah! It was the perfect date night, and making Indian food together was both fun and delicious. Chef Sarah was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process enjoyable. We learned so much and the food turned out amazing!
