Since then, she has assumed roles teaching inner-city teens, parents, seniors and cafeteria staff across Massachusetts with a focus of healthy cooking on a budget. Her other past roles included cooking demos for the general public at the Boston Public Market.

If you want a unique dining experience with one of the nicest hosts in the world, book a meal with Chef Vanessa. Chef is pleasant, knowledgeable, grounded and funny. The food was delicious,. the night was well planned and laid out, with flawless and effortless execution. I appreciated Chefs use of authentic north african spices, i guarantee you will learn a thing or two. From the local sourcing to the simple prep and execution, coupled with fun conversations it is an experience you can brag about.

Vanessa was incredibly warm and inviting, creating a really cozy experience for me and my girlfriend. She taught us the steps to make an amazing meal, and even manipulated her menu to accommodate a vegetarian meal. Make sure you bring Tupperware and your appetite as youâ€™ll probably have leftovers!
