This was so much fun! I planned this as a surprise date night for my husband and he loved it! Chef Vanessa was so friendly and a great instructor. All 3 dishes we made were so good! We’re excited to make these dishes for our family.

Chef Vanessa was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. It’s been a long time since we had such an enjoyable date night and are already figuring out when we can do it again!

The food was delicious,. the night was well planned and laid out, with flawless and effortless execution. I appreciated Chefs use of authentic north african spices, i guarantee you will learn a thing or two. From the local sourcing to the simple prep and execution, coupled with fun conversations it is an experience you can brag about.

Chef Vanessa was amazing to work with - she was so personable and imparted not only cooking wisdom, but also some great recommendations for new restaurants to try in our area. Highly recommend taking her class and enjoying some amazing Italian food!

Vanessa was incredibly warm and inviting, creating a really cozy experience for me and my girlfriend. She taught us the steps to make an amazing meal, and even manipulated her menu to accommodate a vegetarian meal. Make sure you bring Tupperware and your appetite as you’ll probably have leftovers! Would certainly recommend Chef Vanessa for anyone interested! Thanks Chef!!

Our experience with Vanessa was amazing! The food was delicious and we were able to take the recipes and extras home with us. Not only did we learn a lot, she was extremely accommodating for us - she altered the recipes & ingredients to work around our allergies and dietary needs.

Chef Vanessa was great! She is incredibly knowledgable and generous with sharing that knowledge. She did a great job guiding us through the class while making everything fun! She was well prepared with all the ingredients and her place was clean and comfortable. Would take another one of her classes!
