If you want a unique dining experience with one of the nicest hosts in the world, book a meal with Chef Vanessa. Chef is pleasant, knowledgeable, grounded and funny. The food was delicious,. the night was well planned and laid out, with flawless and effortless execution. I appreciated Chefs use of authentic north african spices, i guarantee you will learn a thing or two. From the local sourcing to the simple prep and execution, coupled with fun conversations it is an experience you can brag about.
