We had a great date night at Chef Mikkiâ€™s cooking class. He was accommodating to a gluten allergy we had but everything turned out delicious. He was knowledgeable of all our questions pertaining to the recipe and general cooking questions. He had a great personality as well. I wish the class would have been more hands on.

Mikkiâ€™s paella making class was the perfect birthday gift. Mikki welcomed us in with Spanish snacks and helped everyone feel comfortable with their different levels of cooking experience. He taught us new knife techniques and DIY cooking hacks to make cooking quicker and easier. Mikki was funny, kind, and told great stories of his times cooking in France. The food was amazing and I definitely will use what I learned to cook the dishes again. Thank you, Mikki!
