Chef Mikkiâ€™s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I canâ€™t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious. Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home!
