Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !

Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home! We had a great date night at Chef Mikki’s cooking class. He was accommodating to a gluten allergy we had but everything turned out delicious. He was knowledgeable of all our questions pertaining to the recipe and general cooking questions. He had a great personality as well. I wish the class would have been more hands on.

Mikki’s paella making class was the perfect birthday gift. Mikki welcomed us in with Spanish snacks and helped everyone feel comfortable with their different levels of cooking experience. He taught us new knife techniques and DIY cooking hacks to make cooking quicker and easier. Mikki was funny, kind, and told great stories of his times cooking in France. The food was amazing and I definitely will use what I learned to cook the dishes again. Thank you, Mikki!

My 18 yr old son and I enjoyed this cooking class with Chef Mikki. This was a birthday gift to my 18 yr old son (who is a bit of a foodie). It was a memorable and meaningful experience for me and my son. Chef Mikki easily adapted to our level of competency, and he gave us hands-on opportunities at various points in the class, that we could either opt-in to, or watch him do. An unexpected but very enjoyable aspect of the class was getting to know our kind and friendly instructor, and getting to ask him about his experiences in his incredible journey from being a student in the Philippines, to learning from top chefs in France, to becoming the executive chef of a restaurant in New York City. We look forward to another class with Chef Mikki!

Chef Mikki was so fun to learn from (and talented at his craft!). All of the dishes highlighted fresh produce and proteins. Every dish was perfect for a summer dinner party but also felt manageable enough to make for a weeknight meal. I will be making fresh gnocchi regularly now that I know how easy it is!
