In this hands-on class with Chef Mikki, you will learn how to prepare a menu showcasing three beautifully simple and high-spirited dishes hailing from Provence, France, which focus on preserving the taste and texture of seasonal, fresh ingredients.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include an authentic ratatouille featuring fresh herbs and meltingly tender vegetables, chicken braised in red wine yielding a supremely rich sauce filled with crisp bits of pancetta, foraged mushrooms, and burnished pearl onions, and a creme caramel for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating with degrees in international hospitality management and culinary arts from Enderun Colleges in the Philippines, Chef Mikki completed an internship in France before starting his professional career in NYC. Now, Chef Mikki is excited to share his craft as host of an array of interactive culinary experiences.

We had a great experience with Chef Mikki . He was very friendly , had laughs in between and a good teacher . The cooking experience was fun and the food was delicious.

My 18 yr old son and I enjoyed this cooking class with Chef Mikki. This was a birthday gift to my 18 yr old son (who is a bit of a foodie). It was a memorable and meaningful experience for me and my son. Chef Mikki easily adapted to our level of competency, and he gave us hands-on opportunities at various points in the class, that we could either opt-in to, or watch him do. An unexpected but very enjoyable aspect of the class was getting to know our kind and friendly instructor, and getting to ask him about his experiences in his incredible journey from being a student in the Philippines, to learning from top chefs in France, to becoming the executive chef of a restaurant in New York City. We look forward to another class with Chef Mikki!

Chef Mikki’s class was an amazing experience for my girlfriend and I. We had a totally hands on experience and the food came out amazing. I can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes at home :) highly recommend! Hope to take another class with him again !
