Chef Orlando

Orlando is a wonderful chef and conversationalist. The food was beyond delicious and he was able to answer all of my questions (I’m very curious) about how he created flavors and how cooking certain foods specific ways creates and adds to the dishes overall flavor profile. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Orlando is not only a genius in the kitchen, he's a delight to spend an evening with. With simple ingredients you can find in a local bodega or in your cabinets, he creates food that has layered and complex flavor profiles. He easily accommodated the dietary restrictions of our group and we indulged in multiple gourmet courses. Through each step of the process, he explained the scientific and culinary underpinnings of his approach in relatable and easy to understand ways. Perhaps most importantly, he's funny and easy to talk to, making the whole process educational and enjoyable. I would happily spend any evening sipping wine in the kitchen with Orlando!

Orlando hosted a fantastic cooking class for my friends and me! He prepared a delicious Peruvian meal and taught us techniques at each step of the way. He kept the atmosphere fun and engaging and we all left feeling more confident in the kitchen and eager to try out our new skills. Highly recommend Orlando for anyone looking for a fun and informative cooking experience!

Orlando is a talented chef that I have the pleasure knowing for a few years now. We had the opportunity to have him prepare a 4 course dinner for us and 10 family members, Countless times learning from Orlando hands on new ways of cooking a wide range of dishes.
