Enjoy a variety of authentic Spanish dishes in this spicy and inspired cooking class.
Join Chef Orlando for an introduction to spicy, savory and fresh Spanish cuisine in this inspired cooking class. Throughout the experience, you will master professional knife techniques while chopping and dicing fresh vegetables to create a refreshing gazpacho appetizer and fresh paella piled high with seafood as your main course. Next, prepare crispy fried patatas with spicy red brava sauce and mix the freshest local produce to create a colorful and healthy salad. The evening ends with sugared cinnamon churros topped with decadent chocolate sauce. Olé!
