Chef Nicola made it such a memorable evening for my wife and I. We together made a delicious meal. The vegetarian burgers and beignets especially were a real treat. We even had leftovers:) Chef Nicola was very professional and kept the kitchen very clean. The experience was more than we even hoped for. Highly recommend.

Chef Nicola's menu offerings are a master class in fine dining! Some of my personal favorite Chef Nicola dishes include her chicken francaise, a meal that is leagues and bounds above your typical Italian restaurant fare. Chef Nicola's side dishes are also far beyond expectations - especially love her inspired takes on apple slaw, mashed potatoes, risotto, and sweet potatoes. Notably, Chef Nicola's fresh pasta is a perfect addition to any meal. Chef Nicola easily varies her menu, featuring both expertly cooked meats and vegan twists on classic dishes. Desserts made by Chef Nicola are also sure to delight and impress - Chef Nicola's talents are simply the best!

I have had many meals from chef nicola and all have been delicious! One of my favorites is her steak marinated and cooked perfectly with a side of baked Mac and cheese.

Chef Nicola is a pleasure to have cook for you. She is very professional and uses only the most organic , wholesome ingredients when preparing your meals. She understands nutrition and great taste. I have enjoyed many prepared menus from chef Nicola. Her foods absolutely delicious and nutritious and she's very creative. She's very creative with her culinary skills. You won't be sorry hiring Nicola to prepare your events. Shes excellent in my opinion. Five stars indeed.

Nicola is an amazing chef! I asked her to cater an intimate dinner for my husbandâ€™s birthday and it was fantastic!! What I found to be over the top amazing was that there was a storm coming and she was still able to deliver the food on time and still hot. I go to her for any of my food needs. She is always willing to help put together a menu or simply suggest a meal for the occasion. She makes delicious food and does so with a smile! I would give 10 stars if I could!
