Combine fresh, handmade pasta with traditional Italian sauces.
Learn how to craft a handful of rustic handmade pasta in this interactive cooking class with Chef Nicola. Discover authentic Italian pasta-making techniques and fresh recipes that are easy to recreate at home.
Begin by learning how to shape various forms of noodles from scratch. Using semolina flour and egg yolks, you'll prepare fresh fettuccine noodles, spaghetti noodles and creamy cheese ravioli. Sample and savor each dish with a variety of original sauces, including creamy Alfredo with nutmeg and Parmesan, bolognese with beef and tomatoes, and a fresh garlic butter sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nicola made it such a memorable evening for my wife and I. We together made a delicious meal. The vegetarian burgers and beignets especially were a real treat. We even had leftovers:) Chef Nicola was very professional and kept the kitchen very clean. The experience was more than we even hoped for. Highly recommend.
