Get ready to take your burger night to the next level. Chef Nicole shows you how to create satisfying vegetarian takes on burger night favorites without sacrificing any of the flavor.
Begin by mixing a classic club salad, before you begin shaping the most perfect black bean burgers using bell peppers, onions, garlic and cotija cheese, then add any flavor-packed topping you'd like. Air fry some zucchini fries for a tender yet crispy side before you prepare a creamy limoncello panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nicola made it such a memorable evening for my wife and I. We together made a delicious meal. The vegetarian burgers and beignets especially were a real treat.
