Learn how to play host to an impressive Italian dinner party with an emphasis on creativity.
In this hands-on class, Chef Danushka prepares you to host your very own Italian dinner party. She does this by guiding you through a four-course menu of classic Italian fare with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, creativity, and having fun in the kitchen.
You will be able to see and taste the difference as you prepare dishes using the freshest produce available including fresh basil, arugula, and tomatoes. Chef Danushka also brings to the table to highest quality Berkshire pork for you to sear for the main entree.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
