Learn all there is to know about bao, as Chef Lan guides you in making them from scratch. You will knead the dough, roll it out, and then steam them on the spot for a super hot delectable dish! Get ready to get into the kitchen and get messy making some memories and some very flavorsome bao with inspiration from all over Asia.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lan is very fun and friendly. I really enjoyed her explanations on dumplings. She also makes her red chili sauce from scratch and it’s amazing!
