Cooking Class - Create a Traditional Italian Dinner

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Practice hands-on cooking inspired by Italian cuisine.
Prepare classic Italian recipes in this interactive cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). With guidance from Chef Andrea or a resident chef, you’ll make handmade linguine, cook clams in white wine sauce and assemble prosciutto wrapped melon. You’ll finish by baking a fig and raspberry crostata while learning dough handling and baking fundamentals. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef
After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
