The classes were great! Everyone loved both classes. The service and food were too notch. The only thing I wish was that there was more competition, as it was billed as a competition team building experience. Otherwise, every single person (all 34 people at 2 separate events) absolutely loved it and are stilll raving about it from weeks ago.

We had an absolutely incredible experience learning to cook with Chef Roddy and his team. From the moment we arrived, the energy was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. Chef Erick has a true giftâ€”not just for cooking, but for teaching. He breaks things down in a way thatâ€™s engaging, approachable, and genuinely fun, whether youâ€™re a beginner or someone who already loves being in the kitchen. The highlight of the experience was making paellaâ€”and not just any paella, but hands down the best weâ€™ve ever had. Every step, from layering flavors to perfecting the texture of the rice, was thoughtfully guided. You can tell Chef Erick is passionate about his craft, and that passion carries through in every detail. His team was equally fantasticâ€”attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly in sync, which made the whole experience feel seamless and elevated. It never felt rushed, and there was a great balance of hands-on learning, storytelling, and enjoying the process. This wasnâ€™t just a cooking classâ€”it was a memorable culinary experience. Soooo much fun! We loved having the whole restaurant to ourselves to learn and eat after. Super fun, and way cooler than we expected being able to take pictures in our chefs hats and work with different chefs for our meal. We will definitely be back one day to try another menu!

Oscar, our chef and Oscar his sou chef were ready and waiting for us as we were the only couple to enjoy the vegetarian class. They spent time, energy and knowledge with us in an intimate, personable and patient manner and setting. It was great! We learned, tasted and sipped our way through our time and then enjoyed the meal they and we had prepared. We left with well packed extras and great memories.

10/10 experience and food (spanish fare course). took mom here for birthday celebration, got lucky that we were the only party. staff was so attentive and instructional. had so much fun learning cooking techniques from chef roddy and oscar. lei lei was also super friendly, and the food was delicious. best of all mom says she had a great time and fantastic birthday. it was very memorable. thank you team for giving us such a special experience.

I bought this as a surprise birthday gift for my fiancÃ©, and we had so much fun! We were a part of every step, learned A LOT, and our two chefs were super fun and engaging. Really great and fun experience!!!! Our chef was super friendly and explained everything, including some of their own suggestions on how to adjust the taste of the main course. Got to participate hands on with the cooking and prep and the end result was delicious!!!

Wow, wow, wow is all we can say! This far exceeded our expectations. The class with Chef Roddy was fun, educational, personal, delicious, and all around such a wonderful time. So glad to have found Cozymeal, but even happier to have discovered such an amazing Chef.

Ingredients very simple and not worth the price . We were also charged $75 plus tax for a $12 bottle of wine we were familiar with. We brought our own wine but they insisted we buy one from them. Now we know why. We felt taken advantage of. We Sent text and emailed Roddy about our experience and he never responded . First time experience will be our last with cozy meal.

Nice guy, but it was put in a little of this and a little of that. No written handout for my granddaughter to take home. The main sauce for flavoring was already made. Knives VERY dull. Didnâ€™t make flan, just served flan already made. Finished 1/2 hour early Saw an email asking us to come at 4 instead of 6 after I got home. Expensive cooking class for a quick in and out. I have taken classes in France, Italy, San Francisco, etc. Cassie will never be able to get the same results without a recipe to start Disappointing
